'Alpha' - Sword Design

Designed for my potential-but-probably-never-going-to-happen comic Styx. Most of my stories have references to different folklore and such, and this one has many Ancient Greek mythological references. The sword was called the "Alpha Sword" because it was the first sword made by the main character (and "alpha" was the first letter in the Greek alphabet).

NOTE: I do realize that it has absolutely no resemblance of any Greek weapon. It was meant to be a ninjato sword. I've also designed an "Omega" sword, which also has no Greek resemblance, but its okay because the setting in this storyline is supposed to be some kind of dark and gritty industrial tone.
